Product · Cloud CMMS & Operational ERP
Your power plant runs on megawatts. Your maintenance team runs on spreadsheets, paper logs, and WhatsApp messages. Wrysto replaces that — with a cloud-based CMMS built specifically for power plants and industrial facilities, by an engineer who has worked inside them.
Wrysto is a cloud-based Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) and operational ERP platform. Its core purpose is straightforward: replace spreadsheets, paper logs, and fragmented reporting with a single centralized web system for maintenance and operational data — accessible from any browser, by any authorized user, at any time.

5.5+ years inside HFO power plants — Wärtsilä 18V50, INNIO Jenbacher, EGB systems. Built by someone who lived the problem.
Maintenance records live in Excel files on one engineer's laptop. Work orders are tracked in separate sheets by different departments. When someone leaves, the history leaves with them. No single source of truth exists.
Work permits, safety clearances, and lockout/tagout documentation are handwritten and filed in binders. Tracking whether a permit is active, expired, or closed requires walking to a physical folder. Audits are a nightmare.
When a pump fails, nobody can quickly pull up its full repair history, the last PM interval, or which technician last worked on it. Every failure starts from scratch. Recurring problems go undetected until they become major breakdowns.
PM schedules exist — somewhere. In a spreadsheet, in an engineer's notebook, in someone's memory. Without a system that tracks, reminds, and escalates, preventive tasks get skipped until the equipment fails. Reactive maintenance becomes the default.
Daily logs, shift reports, outage summaries, and equipment performance data are all produced in isolation. Management gets inconsistent numbers. Engineers spend hours every week consolidating data instead of using it. Decisions get made on instinct, not information.
A plant manager cannot see, in real time, what work orders are open, which equipment is in a critical state, or how the maintenance team's performance compares to last month. Operational visibility requires chasing people, not reading a dashboard.
The operational core of Wrysto. Preventive maintenance schedules are set up once and run automatically. Work orders are created, assigned, tracked, and closed inside the system — with a complete activity log per task.
Every asset in the facility is registered with its full technical specifications, location in the plant hierarchy, and complete operational and failure history. Nothing gets lost when personnel changes.
All engineering documentation — manuals, P&ID drawings, SOPs, test reports, operational parameters — stored in one place, linked to the relevant equipment, and accessible by anyone with the right role.
Digital work permits replace paper forms. Safety clearances are tracked in real time. Lockout/tagout documentation is recorded, signed off, and archived — making audits a matter of filtering, not searching through binders.
Planned outages are coordinated inside Wrysto. Maintenance tasks are assigned across teams, progress is tracked in real time during the shutdown window, and post-outage reports are generated from the data already captured.
The system captures data at every action. Reporting turns that data into maintenance KPIs, equipment downtime summaries, work order metrics, and plant operational reports — without anyone having to build a spreadsheet.
Wrysto handles structured plant operational data at scale. Historical records can be imported on onboarding. All data can be exported for external audits, regulatory submissions, or deeper analysis. Nothing is locked in.
Why It Matters
"The data already exists inside every plant. It's just trapped in files, notebooks, and people's heads."
Wrysto creates the infrastructure to capture, structure, and use that data — so maintenance decisions are made from records, not recollection.
Implementation Path
Wrysto is a web application — no software to install. Access is through any browser. Setup involves registering your plants and assets, configuring your team with role-based permissions, and beginning data entry from day one.
Set up the plant hierarchy — plant, systems, equipment, components. Import or enter asset technical specifications and existing maintenance history.
Add users — engineers, technicians, supervisors, managers. Assign roles and permissions. Each role sees and does what it needs to. Nothing more, nothing less.
Create work orders, raise permits, log maintenance activities, update asset status, and record operational data in real time — from any device, on any shift.
Pull maintenance KPIs, equipment downtime reports, work order completion metrics, and operational summaries — on demand, without spreadsheet assembly.
Hosted in the cloud. No installation, no local servers, no IT infrastructure required. Access via browser from any device on any network.
Full web application accessible from Chrome, Firefox, Edge, or Safari. Works on desktop, tablet, and mobile. No app installation required.
One account can manage multiple plants and facilities. Unlimited users with role-based permissions. Data is isolated per plant but aggregatable across the portfolio.
All data entered is immediately available to authorized users. Reports pull live data. No end-of-day sync, no manual consolidation, no waiting.
Built with Next.js full-stack and TypeScript for type-safe, reliable system behavior. Fast, responsive interface that works on low-bandwidth connections.
PostgreSQL on Neon serverless infrastructure with Prisma ORM for structured data modeling. Built for operational data integrity and query performance.
Clerk authentication with role-based permission architecture. Engineers, technicians, supervisors, and managers each operate within their defined scope.
LLM integration for workflow automation — intelligent data entry assistance, report generation, and pattern detection across maintenance records.

Heavy fuel oil power plants with complex engine systems — Wärtsilä, MAN, and similar — requiring strict PM schedules, permit systems, and EGB maintenance tracking.
Gas turbine and steam turbine combined cycle facilities with multiple systems requiring coordinated maintenance, outage planning, and real-time operational reporting.
INNIO Jenbacher, Caterpillar, and similar gas engine plants — with module-level asset management, cylinder history tracking, and interval-based PM workflows.
Coal-fired generation facilities with boiler systems, turbines, coal handling equipment, and the environmental and safety documentation requirements that go with them.
Production facilities where equipment downtime directly impacts output — requiring preventive maintenance, spare parts tracking, and maintenance cost visibility per machine.
GMP-regulated facilities with strict equipment qualification, calibration records, SOP documentation, and audit trail requirements for every maintenance action.
High-volume production facilities with large machinery fleets, shift-based operations, and maintenance teams managing hundreds of assets across production lines.
If your facility has equipment that requires maintenance, technicians who do the work, and management that needs visibility — Wrysto is designed for that operation.
Built By
Wrysto was built by someone who has spent five and a half years inside these systems — operating HFO power plants, working with Wärtsilä 18V50 engines and INNIO Jenbacher gas engines, managing exhaust gas boilers, and living with the exact problems Wrysto solves. The maintenance log that never got updated. The work permit that couldn't be found during an audit. The PM that got skipped because nobody got the reminder. The outage that ran over schedule because nobody had a single view of all open tasks.
Wrysto is not a generic CMMS built by a software company that has never been inside a power plant. It is an operational system designed from the plant floor up — by an engineer who then learned to build software specifically to solve this problem.
